Shipping + Return Policy


Orders ship out from within 3-7 business days and are shipped via USPS ground mail or priority mail. A tracking number will be e-mailed to you when the package ships. Estimated arrival times vary by location, but usually your goods will arrive in 2-5 days.

Please contact us if you have any special requests (extra insurance, signature confirmation, hold for pick up) or would like overnight shipping.  

If you need an item by a certain date, please let us know and we will do our best to ship as early as possible!  However, please keep in mind the delivery time of a package is out of our control.

We can not be held responsible for lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages. 



Due to the nature of pre-loved vintage items, all merchandise is sold as-found. Please review measurements, photos and condition report before purchasing. And feel free to ask us questions about fit/fabric/measurements/etc! 

However, if there is a major discrepancy or an overlooked (major) flaw, we will gladly accept a return and return shipping will be covered. This is subject to shop owner's discretion and does not include average wear and tear of an item.

Simply reach out to the store via the "contact us" tab or e-mail within 3 days of receiving the item and we will provide you with instructions for sending back along with a prepaid return label. Item(s) must be sent back within 5 days, with tracking, and received in their original condition in order for a refund to be processed.


Items on sale are not eligible for returns. Please allow 3 days from receipt of item for a refund to be processed.

Please remember that small flaws are common for vintage items, as they've been around for so long and are pre-loved. This often adds to their character!
